Labour is not fixed i.e amount per square meter but is determined by the complexity of the work to be undertaken. Subsequently, a rigid pavement is most likely going to be have a higher labour cost than a flexible pavement because of it being more labour intensive.

Certain types of pavers are more expensive therefore its your choice that counts when material pricing is determined. Other materials for foundation are not to be tempered with since these are applied at normal standards and if not , will result in an unstable structure in the future.

There are special discounts available to clients who introduce us to neighbours within the same area and wish their work to be done within the same time frame. For customers who wish to have work done using more expensive materials e.g tegula pavers, some discount is available.
